Joy to the World

The greatest gift you can give to this world is your own joy; your own self love.  When Christ gave the commandment for us to love each other as ourselves, I can’t help but think that so few of us really love ourselves in the manner that Christ meant us to.  I say that because he spoke from the heart of Love he knew as a master of Love.  Jeshua (Jesus) knew that he was an extension of the image and likeness, the DNA of  Creator.  What’s not to love about that?  What if you could  take all your beliefs that you’re not OK, worthy enough, special enough, good looking enough, successful enough, you get my drift, and accept the perfection you are.  How would your life be different?  What would you dare to try that your ego tells you isn’t possible?

You arrived on earth perfect, a being of Light and Love, one with your Source. Your body is simply a shell housing you, the magnificent spirit that chose to come play here for but a brief visit in all of eternity.  When you step out of that shell, the perfect being you are, remains unaffected,  surrounded in light and love.  Can you begin to love and accept that about yourself?  Can you imagine what you will do when you let go of all the negative beliefs you’ve accepted about yourself while in human form and began to love and use the god self you are?  Yes, I know, you’re thinking, “and how do I do that?”

Easter Then and Now

Near the end of the Last Supper, Christ said to his disciples, “A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another as I have loved you, that you also love one another.”
I think back over 2,000 years ago when Jesus took human form and ignited the Way of Love.  He was crucified for saying he and we are gods.  “Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, “I have said you are gods.” If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came –and the Scripture cannot be broken…….why do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, “I am God’s son?”….”the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”
 I look at this current time of shifting consciousness, and realize that what Jesus began so long ago, is now coming to completion.  We are returning home to a heart-based, unity consciousness, fully aware that we are creators, extensions of God itself.  2,000 years ago Jesus alone, walked as a Christ.  His message has prepared the way for all mankind to walk as Christs.  He came to earth as man, unfolded as a Christ, which is one who walks consciously as a god in human form.    We know his words, “I AM the Way, the Light and the Truth.”   The Way is the way of Love, the Light is the living Love and energy we are, and the Truth is that we are also gods in form.  We are the extensions of Creator, made in the “image and likeness of”.  We are the DNA of Living Love, which is God.  Jesus taught that “I and The Father are One.”   He revealed truths of our divine heritage in order that mankind no longer lives the illusion of being separate from God.  Jesus wasn’t able to complete his mission in his life time. He did though, in a mighty way, get the Way, the Truth and the Light in motion.  The majority of people on this planet today know of Jesus.  They know of his message of love.  Those of us raised Christian, have been taught many versions of his message.  This is not about religion and all the rules and structure mankind has put on Christ’s message. It’s about understanding who and what we are, and what we can do with that understanding.   And so this Easter, as we move closer to our own ascensions, we give thanks for the courage, sacrifice and love Master Jesus held for all of us. We come full circle to this time of prophesy and accept this as the second coming of Christ, the acknowledgment of the Christ within our own hearts.  We are one, none better and none less than.  Very soon we shall all live in this restored, beautiful, safe and healed world, in light, love, and the truth of creation.  . 
I pray that this very special Easter, you open the doorway to your heart, allow yourself to be the Love you Are, and realize that that you are already perfect and safe, here for all of eternity.

I’m Back and Learning to “Love What Is”

I began this blog on Friday, March 16th, the day after doing a free healing teleservice.  The week prior to that, due to technical glitches, a teleservice had to be cancelled and re-scheduled.  We then did the service on the 16th and even that began with some difficulty with the mute button. As I began to share a profound testimony from that service, my computer made some strange noises and then the keyboard no longer worked.  It took a few days for the technical “experts” to determine that my computer was not worth salvaging.  In good faith I purchased a new lap top, and was assured that all my old information, email and files would be transferred and things would return to  ”business as usual.”  It’s been over 10 days and I’m still struggling with getting my email set up and this new machine working anywhere close to the old one.  I am not technically inclined and now have even greater aversion to technology. It’s been difficult not having the ability to respond to my clients and those new people over the last several days who have sought healing, comfort and guidance. I chose to let go and love what was happening.  “Loving What Is,” reminds us that all these seemingly important situations are temporal and of the world.  In allowing ourselves to become distraught and confused, we fall out of alignment with the peace and silence where the heart allows the healing to take place.  While I was standing under a hot shower allowing that warmth to replace anger and impatience, I could literally feel the uncomfortable energies leave my body and a relaxed and loving presence surround me.  I went into my healing room, let the angels touch my heart and was able to make a call and move right into a healing session with a very frightened client with cancer.  It was a beautiful and touching healing for the two of us.  Now, here’s the punch line….I had this “technical expert” in my office for over an hour who couldn’t figure out how to find and reinstall the program that had all my main work-sites and pass-codes.  Having sat down in this new found state of peace and ease, I simply let my fingers do the walking and sure enough, I was able to figure out the problem and reactivate the program holding all my pass-codes.   This site I write my blog from was trapped there and now is free! Time to catch up.

Thoughts Of Love and Your Freedom

As we progress onward in this Shift back to Divine Consciousness, I again must strongly emphasize not only the allowing of the clearing of negative thoughts, energies and feelings, but the other side of that, which is replacing those energies with thoughts of Love and service.  Every loving thought and every extension of service to others is an exponential surge of healing to you, mankind and our earth.

I’ve had several clients report back to me that after their healing/clearing session, they felt “empty and kind of lost.”  My response to that is, “congratulations, job well done!”  Yes, it does feel different once all the old, dense, dark energy has been cleared from your being.  Be patient and gentle to yourselves, precious ones! Once you’ve been cleared and you’re in a state of peace, you will find consistent guidance from the “mind of God” rather than reacting to past life memories stored in your mortal mind.  When your actions come from thoughts of love, you make choices from a place of confidence in the now moment.  There’s no doubt, no fear, just a “Yes!” to unlimited potential.  You experience blessings, directions and answers flowing effortlessly from your heart, which is where your treasure and kingdom lie.  Your dreams manifest rapidly, and you, a creator, really begin playing in the greatest adventure ever realized!  Your spiritual/psychic gifts unfold like magic. This is freedom!  This is what you were created to do and experience.  Now is the time!  Play, have fun.  Expect massive success!  Expect miracles!  In that expectation is the magnet which brings your imagination into form in front of your eyes!  Play, experiment, be as a child, holding no limits, no boundaries.  You shall see!

Moving into the Fifth Dimension

The last few gatherings I’ve taught have been centered around The Shift, the return of the Christed Light after millions and millions of years, the differences between the dimensions, changes in linear time, the merging of the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies, and clearing ourselves in order to  ascend if you will, to a higher state of consciousness. (and much more)  I received the following email from an attendee from the Pleasanton gathering that really delighted me.  She quite clearly responded to what she learned by being aware,  and allowing without resistance  or  judgment, the experience of living in a higher state of being.  For those of you who could use a little reinforcement, I’ve included my response to her after her comments.  I hope you enjoy and are able to use some of this information for your greater good, producing feelings of peace, security, curiosity and joy.

Unemployment and Mexican Smiles

My husband Fred and I “ran away” for the holidays to Mexico.  2011 was a very busy year and we are grateful. We married off two children this summer on top of numerous showers, the birth of another grandchild, family gatherings and lots of work in between.  It was a slow couple of weeks at Fred’s work and for myself as well, so we figured all the children would forgive us as long as we did a little celebration before we left.  Mission accomplished!

We hadn’t realized, but the two weeks prior and following Christmas is when all the Mexican families come to Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo for holiday vacation.  The hotels and beaches were packed.  The weather was perfect, the ocean blue, silky and warm, the food fresh and delicious, especially the seafood and need I discuss the tequila and beer?  Fred and I took long walks daily, went on a couple day adventures, lounged at the beaches and the pool, snorkeled and enjoyed every moment.

Despite all the fun we had, the main memory we brought home was the positive, loving energy of these families. There is tremendous poverty in the town and surrounding countryside of Zihuantanejo, but no matter how bad it appeared to our Western Eyes, our Divine Eyes saw the genuine light,  peace and happiness in the smiles everywhere we went.  The poorest families work 6 days a week walking endlessly in the heat trying to sell little, worthless goodies to the turistas.  Very young children, as young as 2 years old, are out trying to make money for the family.  They enter restaurants and the proprietors respectfully allow these children to ask for help.  There are no judgmental, sad looks from anyone.  When you tell them no, they smile, turn without any negative energy and go to the next table.  One restaurant had a soap opera playing, and the look of excitement and the glee in the eyes of these kids as they took a minute from their work to stare at the TV screen, made my heart melt.  They obviously take the greatest pleasure from the simplest things we take for granted.  The single mother standing outside waiting with an infant slung on her hip, smiled as she let her kids have a few minutes of enjoyment before moving on in the effort to care for her children.  I again remembered that truly all a human needs is air, water, food, shelter and love.  When we know of not much else, we can be simple, happy and content.  Who says we have to be successful, wealthy, and competitive?

So we came home with this lesson embedded in our hearts, to discover that Fred’s work contract as a consultant had come to an end.  He calls it “in between contracts” and call it what you may, it means no paycheck to depend on.  Having said that, we could had been very 3rd dimensional and gone into fear and feelings of lack, or not.  We chose or not!  These are the times that one really has to remember the fact that we are powerful creators and our realities are the extension of our thoughts, emotions and focus.  Now is the time that we enhance our feelings of abundance, gratitude and joy.  We look at this as one door closing and embracing the unknown as a new open doorway of adventure and abundance.  We smile and we have no concern about money.  Faith and trust are also key factors to keep burning bright in one’s heart.  We look at our little home and beautiful views, our robust health, our family, the beautiful blue sky, the faucet that provides unlimited, clean water and we look into each other’s eyes and love the love that is there forever.  We are grateful for the inner knowing and connection with the I AM  Presence in ALL THAT IS. We are blessed and we are grateful for those amazing smiles and glow of light in the faces of the Mexican people.

War, Atrosities, The Economy, Jerry Sandusky and You

This is the time of the Great Shift, The Return to Divine Consciousness, The Golden Age, The New World, The Second Coming of Christ, the end of the Mayan calendar, 2012 – the end of the world as we know it, the mass awakening of those of us open to it. Call it what you may, but it is happening now.  It’s not going to come, it is here!  

There are powerful and creative energies available to humankind that haven’t been available since our fall from consciousness.  So many of us are aware of this, but haven’t yet realized it takes some ”assembly required,” to make constructive use of these energetic currents.  It takes a level of  awareness and emotional consistency to sustain residency in the higher realms of consciousness.  One walks as a divine being or Christ when one emanates love in all thoughts, words and deeds 24/7. 

Judgment and fear is the result of man’s greatest illusion, that of being separate from the God Light we are.  This false belief blocks the merging of our soul, with our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.  Once our souls merge with our humaness, we have the open channel to the mind and heart of God.  That presents unlimited potential, way beyond anything our little human minds can comprehend; the stuff of miracles!  Through love, you may return to the intentional creator you are.

Dense energies  (fear, judgment, etc.) cannot merge with your soul.  Did the title of this article create any response other than love within you?  Do you have judgment on any of the above issues?  How about cloning?  How about animal cruelty, and the list goes on endlessly. When we look with mortal eyes, forgetting our perfection in the One we are created of, we are reacting to human perception.  All the negative perceptions over eons of time have brought us to this point of either destruction or rebirth on earth. 

Our thoughts, like everything else in creation, are energy and energy cannot be destroyed.  It moves, gathers force and brings itself into form.  Fear and judgement bring  wars, child abuse, terrorism, prejudice, etc.  Know that every thought you give emotional energy to,  affects this world of ours.  Do you want to feed more negativity to an already existing negativity?  Of course you don’t .  Love is exponentially so more powerful than negative energy and has the power to transform negative to positive.  This awareness of the power of love and light,  practiced globally by so many loving and awakened beings, is what’s re-birthing our planet to a place of heaven on earth.  They are the wayshowers for those still sleeping in darkness.  We’re not out of the woods yet though.  Please, please remember when tempted to throw  judgment,  anger, hatred, etc., to choose peace and love instead.  This choice  is the most direct method  of alleviating our world’s problems .  Global  perception of peace, love, abundance, respect, safety, etc.,  will create the reality of these perceptions on earth.   Anytime a negative arises within you, think of the children of this world and bless them and their world with a smile and the Light of God.

A Mastery of Self Testimonial

Oh the joy in my heart when I read this!  This precious man stayed the course, turning within and consciously guiding his own emotions.  He chose peace, power and love over the voice of his mind that told him he wasn’t good enough, he wasn’t special enough to reach his goals.  The ego doesn’t like losing control, and will attempt to fill the mind with insecurity and fear.  When led from the heart, in a state of quiet awareness, the wisdom that pours forth is divine; literally!  From this place of peace and strength, one  makes wise and loving decisions in all situations, rather than reacting from a fearful, resistant mind/ego.

I am so seeing a pattern of spiritual seekers jumping from one teacher/modality to another with short term or no results.  They are frustrated, confused and self- abasing because they can’t seem to hold the power of the teachings promised them.  Needless to say many are spending large amounts of money to these teachers, hoping for the magic secret to Self empowerment and mastery.  Adding financial stress to one’s spiritual journey doesn’t compute!

I think we’ve all heard and proclaim to understand that we are the essence of God.  As Jesus said, “I and my Father are One.”  If indeed this is true, then why would we be be LOOKING OUTSIDE OF OURSELVES for the answers to our desires?  We are the creators and our perceptions determine our experiences.  When you look at your life, you’re looking at your perceptions in the mirror.  All you are right now, is the accumulation of all your thoughts, emotions and actions throughout time.  You are God essence!  You are the sole creator of your life!  Nothing outside yourself can change your inner landscape; you are the divine farmer and what is nurtured within, will produce outside. 

Silence is the doorway to hearing and discerning messages beyond the physical plane of earth.  Spirit moves at a much faster energetic frequency than our everyday human energetic field.  Negative thoughts, emotions and feelings are energies of a dense nature. Emotions such as anger, doubt, worry, resistance, etc. block our creative potential.  Might I mention that creative potential is unlimited; if we can think it and perceive it with certainty, it shall be so!  So we must master our emotions which affects our field of energy.  Love, joy and gratitude are some of the the major emotions opening the pathway to higher wisdom and communication.  Don’t think about these feelings.  Walk each day FEELING joy, love and gratitude.  You then become a magnet with these vibrating emotions.  Let your boundaries down and allow your divine inner spark and imagination to surprise you every day!

We must master the entry into our sacred heart space over the racing mind, and we must master the Living Love we have been created by and from.  At an 11/11/11 gathering, I shared a meditation into the Heart of Christ.  It is multi-leveled with wisdom and mastery from Jeshua (Jesus).  I listened to it almost daily for about 3 weeks prior to 11/11/11 and each time I sat in silence with it, final remnants of self-doubt and fear were cleared.  I was able to  settle deeply into my true home,  the Heart of Christ. This meditation is on the “Free Audio” page on this blog if you’d like to listen.  It’s a start and the price is right!

A New Season, A Time to Remember

I took this picture hiking over the weekend and again realized that in reality, we are like the light shimmering on the water here.  We are the eternal, silent witness to all that goes on.  We don’t cause our physical hearts to beat and send blood through the body; it simply knows and does.  We don’t cause our breath to flow.  It arises and passes and does not require our attention.  Is it you that keeps this beautiful earth spinning, hurtling through space around and around our central sun?  Must you worry and attend to the flowers growing in the field or outside your window?  Somewhere this very moment, a child is born.  Are you aware of it?  Life and creation goes on, an internal dance, mystery giving birth to mystery without ceasing.  And yet you simply abide in the quiet place in your heart.

A new season has arrived.  Clouds, rain preparing the ground already for the spring to follow with new growth and life. Can you understand that you are merely the quiet state of divine awareness and presence which observes all of creation through a field of awareness which is the mind and heart of God/Source/Creator.  You, the silent witness within are changeless and eternal.  You are created of the substance of your Creator; Love, Living Love.  Your are the one light, the one truth, the one substance.  Here alone, is reality remembered.  Here alone, love reigns supreme. Here alone is where you are. 

In silence, take the time in reverence to God and yourSelf, to sit without thought, but rather with attention to the heart and the quiet messages that flow from that sacred space.  For your heart is but a cell in the One Heart of All; holding all knowledge, all compassion, all truth.  Ask daily to know God and surely God will make him/herself known to you.  There is no separation; that is our greatest illusion.  Rebuild your relationship with the Divine.  How can you have a relationship without time spent together in communication?  Make your loyalty to Love in all you do, think and say.  If love and only love drives all you do, your life will unfold in grace untold.  A life lived by faith and trust in the Love of God, is a life lived without pain and struggle.  Each experience that arises before us, is an opportunity to learn, grow and extend more love.  In trust, a life lived by grace is a life full of abundance, peace and well-being; no worries.   Are you willing to refocus on God and the divine gifts within or do you want to focus on this world and its chaos.  Which path do you choose?
